Playing on Gallanda, Character Name: "Careen Swiftblade" in Isle of Dread. Checking his Quest Journal state all Vecna and Ghost Flame items found. in the task wind it states I am missing 2 vecna, and 1 ghost flame items. I am not getting credit for tasks completed and missing out on xp
