Ref the Armory - the biggest problem was that SSG stopped putting the bank slots on sale. I had asked Sev several times during Cordo FaF chats about doing it, and was always told "yeah we could do that" (as we haven't had them on sale since July 21, iirc). So it became as and when I could afford them, or spend a few lives dragging an alt for 1-20.

The armory has 4 dedicated storage accounts of 35 slots each, plus some ships allocated as well for the ancient armor types, among other criteria. It was literally a couple of hours here, and there to sort it out and do the catalog piece by piece - about 5 weeks it took total, for catalog sorting etc. But took about 3 years for ddop grind for the transformation of what it was, to what it is now because of SSG's refusal to put character slots on sale (in between events in r/l ie: being in ICU for 7 weeks, relocating across the planet to live, etc etc).

But I've reworked the armory so for most of the payment required is either legendary raid timers OR tomes, and the tomes get dedicated to the OEL (sort of putting back into the community).

+3 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Repair +2 to +3)
+4 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Repair +3 to +4)
+4 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Search +3 to +4)
+5 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Concentration +4 to +5)
+5 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Haggle +4 to +5)
+5 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Heal +4 to +5)
& eventually +5 Upgrade Tome of Skill (Jump +4 to +5)

+8 Tome of Leadership and Influence (Charisma +8) x2
+8 Tome of Bodily Health (Constitution +8) x1
+8 Tome of Clear Thought (Intelligence +8) x2
+8 Tome of Gainful Exercise (Strength +8) x1

So as you can see, there is a +8 CON (direct stat) tome listed there. If you have a +8 (direct stat) WIS tome, then it can be traded.

In case you skipped the rules, all trades are done 1-1 and not via DDO Mail.

I have to go out for about an hour. Will be around tomorrow (on EST), then am away for a week. Will be around tonight/tomorrow on my no.2 char, Xarva.

i'll be suspending the library around the 6th of July. Have to get all the tomes packed onto the prepared alts.

Kindly was given two more ship donations for the OEL fleet, which will be ready for when the library gets larger; with one of them coming from Thelanis.

EDIT :
If he took it , but left Heal/OpenLock/Spellcraft +3 to +4 , I'm taker.
If he also left Listen/Diplomacy +4 to +5, I have 2 tomes to trade.
