lich form in pale master isnt granting +10 negative healing amp like it should

Hmmm, I just performed a manual calculation of the Negative Amp on my Palemaster and near as I can tell, you are being given Negative Healing Amp from the Lich Form when it's active.

How did you reach the conclusion that it was not granting it?

Interesting. Would like to see the breakdown of that as you haven't shown that you eliminated other possible causes of the issue you are experiencing. I would suspect you have something else that is adding an identical amp that the Lich Form provides that you are not realising, rather than the Lich form itself not adding.

Here's my breakdown with the bare essentials so I know it's not the Form itself causing the problem:

Lich Form is off. Only have Scion of Shadowfell (20), Palemaster Core x2 (3 x 2 for 6 total), and T1 Negative Conduit (for 20), giving 46 Negative Amp.

Here is the Lich Form on, we see it goes to a total of 56 (+10 more from Lich form, which is what we expected)

I have omitted the screenshots of the Palemaster Core giving amp as you can see yourself, as well as the shot of this Palemaster having Scion of Shadowfell, and of course the Negtive Conduit giving 20.

And as luck would have it, I have found the cause of your erred conclusion;

You have the Lunar Negative Energy Amplication Augment fitted on your gear.

It appears that the Lich Form also uses Enhancement bonus (which is also what the Lunar augment provides) and that is why when you turn it off it isn't going down. Because the Augment is already higher value than what you get from the Lich Form itself. Remove the item with the Lunar Augment and if you turn the Lich Form on and off, you should see it raise and lower appropriately.

why on earth do those not stack, that sounds like a bug. i was expecting lich to be untyped like 99% of enhancements

I'm unsure to be honest. But we know what's going on now at least.

You might want to amend your ticket and let them know you've found the issue and the Lich Form is actually working properly (provide link to here I guess), but that the Devs might want to consider adjusting the Lich Forms amp to a different bonus type as there is an unexpected overlap with the availability of new Neg Amp (Lunar Augment).

It might be possible that (Enhancement) was the only Neg Amp available or exclusive to Lich Form back then, but itemisation has finally brought it out to other stuff and now it's overlapping. Although we also don't know if the Devs intended this by design either.

The best thing is to get all the info together, then present it with the reason on why the Form bonus should be changed. That's usually your best bet at getting that adjusted.

Otherwise, as per the start; at least we know what's going on now.

Profane PRR from the sets also doesn't stack with the pale master's Eternal Furor enhancement. I think wizard is the only class that has so many conflicts with the gear.
