PDK Shield Deflection Race Enhancement not working

With the latest raid, PDK is now required for tanking optimally and this is has been broken for at least 3 years. Please fix, regards so we can get on with it good and proper again.

That's just something people say when they are unwilling/unable to think outside the (min/max or otherwise) box. Similar to someone saying 'everyone does X' or 'everyone knows X' (I'm always so glad to hear from those who let me know how I think...I'd be lost without them ).

I can't count the amount of times I've been told 'you can't do this without this #!@$%#$ impossible to get item' (I think there are several forum topics with 10+ pages ranting about this).
