Fix the improved fire augmentation 9 to actually give the 3 mcls

And an update to all neb artifacts to upgrade to 5 slots would be a great quality of life fix

I think perfected artifacts will suffer the same fate as schism weapons.

Its a nice system with the potential to be good and unique a schism upgrade wouldn't be bad either

Yes please fix helmet and fix perfected Saltmarsh artifacts as the grind is laborious and the reward should match.

Agree with this, but upgrading neb artifacts to 5 slots is not a "qol" fix, its a power fix to make rare and hard to get items competitive with newer stuff.
