Piercing XXX Feats

Since you have to take the first to get the Epic version, and the epic version basically overwrites the first, can we get something on the heroic version, like 5 or 10 spell power to that damage type?

The Strength of Arms feats have the same problem. I personally think Legendary SoA is too much, but having to essentially waste a feat once you get the upgrade still sucks. Give the first SoA +3 Melee Power.

I guess I cannot think of any other feats where you don't get anything to show for the prerequisite.

The construct essence feats are much worse. Basically, the first one penalizes you, and there's no point in getting it without the second one.

would be nice if casters would get trick shot too if the proportions were the same for my thrower vs caster i would gain 250 spell power since trickshot was a 20% range power buff
