Platinum Knights?

I had thought the Platinum Knights transferred to Thrane, they're already packed up on Cannith, but I can't unpack my characters on Thrane because the guild isn't there.

Has anyone heard anything?

If you are still having problems, you may want to consider this option

"If you are in a guild that you intended to leave, or that you know will never transfer from a 32-bit game world and you forget to leave your guild before packing, there is a command that will delete the guild data from your character permanently. The command is /transfer delete guild. This command will permanently delete your individual guild information with no ability to recover. THIS CHANGE CANNOT BE UNDONE. This command is useful for players who find themselves unable to unpack their guild information because the guild is never established on a destination world, or for players who fail to leave a guild prior to packing that they intended to leave."

You can also visit the other servers and see if they've relocated onto them.

Before doing that make sure that they aren't just waiting to transfer yet. If the guild leader hasn't yet unpacked you get that message, so make sure they aren't coming there before deleting guild data.

there's a handful of us who haven't been able to transfer yet, if your guild leader is one of these toon, that could be an issue?

I wouldn't be too hasty to take the advice above until you find out more information on the guild you are searching for.

While it is accurate for what it is there for, you are looking for information on a guild you thought was going one way and may have gone another.

Check out the Discords and forum posts and also keep an eye on the Who list in-game. Give it a few days.
