Please Give Pets Last Names.

No? Why would I want to do that? Do a lot of people name their cats that? Or is Princess Donut a popular character in something? Or is that an inappropriate reference of some sort?
I want to name one Emily Frost, after Emily Dickenson and Robert Frost, and another Boston Brand, after one of my favorite comic book characters. A friend wants to name their pet Grand Squeeble. You'd have to ask him why.
