The Kobold player race has been teased as "in development" since I was young - and that's been a while. Please note that some Kobold builds are gaining in popularity in PnP, so the DDO player race could draw more new player?

I support this, but I want "Thrower" to be added as a new class along side. Halfling Sling users need ported from paper.

wait... so ... halfling sling, not halfling throw?

so you want to launch halflings from a sling instead of throwing them, ok.

I don't recall it ever being "teased as 'in development'."
I do recall a vocal minority wanting them added.

I am for more build options, but I don't necessarily want Kobolds. Eventually, maybe. There are other races I would like to see implemented first.

Not making Kobolds is basically sitting on a gold mine

if they made Kobolds they would have to make voice modification software based on Adobe Voco to create Kobold Chat synthesizer options just to keep it lore-friendly...

Voice Chat Settings:
[ ] Kobold Mode (This converts your Voice Chat to a synthesized version using the current Kobold voice analytics)

I'd definitely give the Kobold race a try. No idea what kind of build I'd want to make yet, but I'm sure I'll come up with something.

There was once a player-vote, and Kobold lost to Dragonborn. Badly.
And I'm still thrilled it did. Kobolds as a player race would be a pox upon the game.

We now know who to blame when koblod union goes on strike.... AGAIN... ?
Darn right.
They don't deserve lunch breaks - they can eat as they mine.
And don't get me started on health beni's. Maybe when they learn to stop being spiteful little haters we can renegotiate, but for now they reap what they sow. Little cretins.

On the wiki, near the top is an "in development" link. Scroll down past the tables and there is this link: https://ddowiki.com/page/Kobold_(speculation)
The talk tab for the page has a discussion from 2013.
