The Kobold player race has been teased as "in development" since I was young - and that's been a while. Please note that some Kobold builds are gaining in popularity in PnP, so the DDO player race could draw more new player?

I support this, but I want "Thrower" to be added as a new class along side. Halfling Sling users need ported from paper.

The talk tab for the page has a discussion from 2013.

5 people had a small discussion about them on the wiki. That still doesn't "tease them as in development."
A vocal minority wanted them back in 2013. A vocal minority wants them in 2022. A vocal minority probably wanted them back in 2006 (I don't recall).

More Eberron races should be added before teasing kobolds. Kalashtar, Changelings, more WF subraces i.e. WF Scouts, etc.

That's not to say I wouldn't want to see them some day. They are just way, way, way, way down the list of things I would want to see added.

I also did not want Tabaxi, but I am enjoying playing them at the moment.
