Vox is correct, some of us rerolled chests in the new content without knowing it was broken and no compensation is given. Then they say they will fix it on the next update. When the update dropped, more people rerolled the chests and again nothing. Then a day or so latter ssg sais " we forgot to add it." Again no compensation for those who spent real money on a product that didn't exist. This is bad for our community, even if we are small, we are very loyal and this kind of thing erodes that loyalty. SSG has got to do better if this game is to have a future.

SSG, you have not issued any explanation, compensation, or official statement regarding the two separate occasions of major bugs you caused and the resulting massive shard rerolls that occurred once or twice because of them.

Do you intend to just keep ignoring this situation?

Well... rerolling is choosing to spend real money on a chance that you'd get any named item. Sure the ring isnt even in the game yet, but rerolling is a CHOICE, thus its not enforced, so in the end it is pretty much your fault, sorry not sorry

It is not a choice between winning or losing. It is a choice between losing or losing because the item was not even in the loot table. Selling a chance that does not exist is not a business. It is simply fraud.

Please don't forget that many of us rerolled again because they announced the bug was fixed and rare items were now dropping.

It was based on their official statement, and yet it turned out to be another mistake.

Here, we'll play a game. We'll shuffle a deck of cards and you pull the top card. If it's the king of hearts, you win! You can play 8 times for free! (except it will take several minutes of shuffling each time). If you want, I'll let you pull up to *4* cards each time, but you gotta pay for each card after the first.
OK, thanks for your money.
What's that? there was no king of hearts the whole time? Ah well, that's a *you* problem.

Hah, as a game dev you make sure it drops in the first place BEFORE you release it. The entire pack's design is pretty much AI slop, as with your post above. I was merely summarizing your post so people wouldnt have to read a wall of text of someone complaining about the same thing everybody else is. Cheers!
This reads like a Donald Drumpf rant on his impotent Twitter clone social media platform. And that guy has un-diagnosed narcissistic personality disorder, and dementia (among other things), so when your stuff reads like his, you might want to take a step back and re-evaluate.
How to tell us you didn't get the joke without telling us you didn't get the joke.

The wall of text was a 100% intentional part of the joke, or at least so I gathered.

I remain convinced that rerolling does not comply with European gambling regulations. The fact alone that the odds of winning are not made public is sufficient proof of this.
