Me neither, stuck on launcher
after i heard the ring doesnt exist "yet" i stopped hunting and decided to prepare my toons for the lvl36 cap for im so sure there will be new CONDITIONING items (after we burned mills of shards in snowfall) and im pretty sure legendary focus will be there too then!
for now i lean back and just farm some augments that will hopefully not be totally abundant wit the new lvl cap (like sun gem stats and sun spell foci)

I am not gonna defend SSG but some may interpret it as that.
The release notes do not mention adding a ring. It says rare items were added. What are rare items? Is the ring a rare item? Well we think we know due to data miners but really it is a vague term that is not adequately defined by SSG nor which items qualify. So players assumed they know what was meant and they throw shards at the problem assuming accuracy by SSG and in their knowledge.
Is that blaming the victim? Somewhat. Everything about loot, rare items and shard bought rerolls screams of a scammy situation. Rerolling for rares is dumb and the information has been out there for years that it was a poor choice. Sorry that people got caught but if they arent going to learn they will continue to get burned. Its not like this is the first time.
SSG has plausible deniability that their scuzzy system is a deceptive scam. This in no means is intention to absolve SSG. They set up a crappy possibly illegal gaming system. And players really need to stop encouraging them.

I understand mistakes happening, but an alert to the player base that you didnt add the item to the table would have been appropriate. I personally farmed and spent a lot of shards attempting to acquire the ring thinking it was in the table...I would have and did stop running and rerolling once i heard but had already spent a lot of time, time on pots and shards so not happy about that...

There wasn't a game update, just the weekly reboot; so no it wouldn't be in the game yet.

TBH, SSG should put a notice in the Game Launcher to let everyone know the said item is not in the game yet.
