I love his appearance, he looks really cool. Are we going to get similar cosmetics perhaps?

Also his basic dagger throwing attack does not seem to function currently. I think he's only doing the animation and not actually creating a projectile.

Drossheart felt squishy and meh for damage to me compared to other legendary hires. With some tuning, it could be a decent hire.

Targeting and especially range on Drossheart's bottle spells is wonky. The range on heroic version's glue bomb is really short, like half what it should be. The Caustic Solution offensive bottle's range is slightly too short. Both of these spells have tracking issues. Alc bottles don't miss. . . thing is. . . when you don't click the spell on the hire's hot bar and just tell the hire to attack the target the tracking for the bottles is better and the range is better on the Caustic bottle but not the glue bomb. please either fix the glue bomb to have correct range and tracking or remove it and give us a different tool on the bar.

the Drossheart hirelings do look really cool, love the outfits they are wearing and the mask
yes, targeting is a bit wonky on the bottles, sometimes it just stands there throwing at the wall, or the floor when nothing is there, sometimes hits the ceiling (hitting the ceiling was targeting issue, the curve too high, originally with the class if I remember correctly)
the melt lock is hard to get them to do, often says 'lock in use' but nothing happening, hireling says ok, or sure, but does not do it, took them both into stormreaver fresco and it was very hard to get them to open stuff, if at all. Tried both the lvl 8 and 32 in there, same reactions.
close range or distance, both needs a bit of work, altho close range that is 'clear of obstacles' the targeting seemed ok.
I found using hot bar sometimes targets better, sometimes not lol. Hope it all gets tweaked, is interesting hireling indeed.

Tried Melt Lock in the Haunted Halls, works perfectly. You don't even need to position Drossheart presisely at doors/chests like with the rogue hirelings. Just choose the door/chest, click on Melt lock and he'll come, throw his spell from whatever angle and it's opened.

odd they would not work in that quest last night, went in this morning and they melted locks. Lamma was pretty glitchy last night, maybe had something to do with it. Also, their daggers were hitting stuff but not damaging much if at all, when they tossed their bottles today it was a bit better.

Yeah, not sure how or when but the fall fest dagger he's using appears to be broken :p, working on that now. This seems to only apply to the epic version.

HAHAHAHHAHA! We've been reporting for YEARS that the L32 Spectral Throwing Dagger is broken and pleading for a fix.

You can't make this stuff up.
That was reported as a bug... in 2023... and again in 2024... even though it was supposedly fixed with U62.
But they pinky swear they look at all the bug reports...

And they still wonder why we don't trust them when they say certain things.
