Primal Avatar Epic Moment

Hello,

Please remove the wind up on the epic moments there. They are *not* powerful enough to warrant an animation before activation and it feels bad to use them. It's a fairly weak T5 destiny regardless, but that'd be a start to help it out a bit.

I have practically never seen anybody go deeper than tier 3 in primal avatar, outside of perhaps some cheesing mechanics with the elemental immunity in the epic moment, oh and the occasional supportminded person taking the unicorn.

TBH if the epic moment had something like "Your Primal Mantle's internal cooldowns are reduced to 1 second each" for the duration Primal Avatar would actually be reasonably good.

I use tier 4 primal avatar, and it's a good tier 4.

Tier 5 needs a full rework.
