For a "white" staff, pick up either the Staff of the Summer Solstice, https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Staff_of_the_Summer_Solstice
Or
Staff of the Winter Solstice, https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Staff_of_the_Winter_Solstice
They share the same base look as the Trailblazer's Branch, when glammered, leaves you with a branch. But once you apply a Mists of Raveloft Weapon Aura to it, it turns to White and has a misty white glow effect around it. So it's very obviously white.

Could you clarify something for me? Does “Mists of Ravenloft Weapon Aura” refer to the Barovian Mist Glamered Weapon Aura?

Yes.
Note that turning the staff white only happens with this stype of staff (branch), other staves will not become like this even with the Mist Glammered Weapon Aura.

I have come across an unusual quarterstaff... its BTConEquip so I believe its one of the unique Wheloon/Stormhorns appearance items... except I have looted several of those before and they don't look like this one. Does anyone know if those unique item appearances had multiple models?

Well even with so little information that actually answered my question:
Because the Longbow model that I had previously received from the Shadowfell Wondrous Items was a reversed Gnollish Warbow, nothing like the bow you have pictured in your link. Interesting. It had NEVER occurred to me over ALL these years that multiple "unique" models existed or possibly dropped at different times/iterations of the game/content.

I think we look better by using real loot as cosmetics than ddo coffers. With coffer, the characters don't look like what they really are: class, skills, power...
