Solid quest. I like the fact that attempts were made to try and add non-combative options to take out the agitators (via the wands). Also good to see that kobolds still remember Waterworks. I think this is the best of the upcoming Update 73 quests.

I will need to re-run this one with less zerg & take my time as Terranigma did. As a hasty run n'gun, it was quite fun though!

This is a pretty cool quest. There are a bunch of different options available to you: sneak around if you want to listen to the grievances, use wands to pacify agitators, or just fight everyone. Against the leaders you can use social skills or just fight them, too. And there are even different endings--a standard one and a secret one. (And it seems the secret one has an extra chest with named items.)

It's a great flower sniffing quest, too. Watching the Kobold and Sahuagin leaders talking with each other was cute.

Oh, it seems to be possible to get the quest into a state where it can't be completed. If you convince one leader to talk with the other leader, and that other leader is dead, there doesn't seem to be any way to progress the quest.

Yes, there is. You can betray them.

I should probably add a non-violent option there.

So as you're walking one leader over to the other leader, you can just talk to the one that is following you again and choose to attack them. But it seems once you've led them into the other side's hideout, you can no longer talk to them to betray them.

Here's a run where I kill the Kobold leader, then convince the Sahuagin leader to talk with the Kobolds. Along the way I was able to talk to her again and choose to attack her, but it seems once I got into the Kobold hideout, I can no longer talk to her. (Also, I had already killed all the agitators and don't know about the Lyrandar plot, in case that is required, too.)
So I'm not sure if there's still a way to progress in this situation.

Yeah the fact that you can't talk to her after killing Juvian is a bug I'm fixing right now.

The intended behavior is for you to be able to talk to them at all times. If they're not saying anything, that's a problem.
