Quest Reflagging

I was interested in knowing the spawn order for The Shroud raid on Thrane and discovered I was no longer flagged.

Does this mean all raids need reflagging now? This wouldn't be a big deal for other raids because they're part of my TR cycle but I wasn't planning to TR yet. I'm only upset because Rainbow in the Dark is such a pain in the arse that I haven't done it in years.

EDIT: so I started the reflagging (sigh) with "Let Sleeping Dust Lie" and had to quit the game while DROWNING because the game won't let me move or equip an Underwater Action item. How can DDO still be unplayable after several weeks of settling the new server? Similar happened on my airship a few days ago, but I could move but couldn't change decks or get off my airship.

Well I feel dumb. I just needed the Shavarath Signet Stone in my inventory, not in the collection bag. An old bug I suddenly remember. Thank you so much for all your help, which didn't happen.
