Question for my fellow Twitch Streamers...

Still fairly new to this and was just wondering:

1) How did you go about getting custom Emotes for your channel?

A) Did you make them yourself or find somewhere/someone to do it for you?​

I'm just trying to fill out the flavor of my channel and I see this as a neat step but haven't really found much info on it.
Any input you may have would be appreciated. (ie - What program did you use? Where did you buy them from? Who did you collaborate with?

I make custom ones on paint 3D in windows .some use photoshop.

I had people make most of mine, and you can reward people the Artist role for doing art for you. I made my latest one by screenshotting an image and resizing it in Paint.

Initially, I had my friend's 13 yo son draw up the emotes for me (and compensated him for them). They didn't display well on Twitch and he was having trouble getting them to look right. I then looked up someone on Fiverr and had them rework the design slightly, but keep pretty much all the design elements that my friend's kid had come up with.
