Question for the ranged Artis

I’ve been reading the builds posted here and see that folks tend to lean toward the Arti imbue that scales off spell power rather than the Inquis imbue that scales off ranged power. I’m not the brightest crayon in the box but would it be viable to run Arty with a repeater T5 battle engineer with inquis t4 using law dice and Harper for trance? My brain keeps thinking that 200% scaling ranged power would be super strong imbues?

I’m sure it could be viable, depending on what kinds of numbers you are able to reach. Just double your ranged power and compare it to the highest electric spell power you think you could get- if it’s higher, then it wins

There are a few ways to get imbues that use ranged power and work with repeaters but they all require multiclassing. The smallest dip is Rogue for Venomed blades at t1 or (more likely) t2 for extra Imbue dice and evasion and maybe some sneak attack dice. The problem is it's poison which is commonly resisted. Dragon Lord also gives a ranged power scaling imbue but requires a heavier dip at 3 levels.

Inquisitive only works on non-repeaters

If you are asking for a pure

There is drow venom blades which scales with range power, that is really expensive, but is a racial tree.
SDK has a t4 imbue, but that only scales with melee power and is 100% because it's a d12 instead of d6.

Outside of a few classes which have the imbue thrown in(ranger, monk, barbarian) , most imbues that scale melee/range power are 200%.

The options if you specifically want 200% scaling range power are
poison blades(drow/rouge lvl 1)
Draconic arms(elemental damage/poison dragonlord lvl 3)

And if you dedicated enough to farm out a rare deck of many curses curse, on a weapon, Slayer of evil from paladin level 1 for light damage.
