Raid tier Upgrade for Legendary Thirteen (If the four effect limit was Ignored in exchange for losing 4/7 augment slots)

You'd lose 4 augment slots, but two of the base effects would be merged and upgraded while two other effects would be added beyond the standard four item limit.
Ideally, the catalyst for this weapon would be a "Multi-phase Catalyst" and require you to collect and fully upgrade four rare weapons and crunch them together: 1-Keeper of the Crimson Covenant, 2-Nightmare, the Fallen Moon, 3-SoulRazor, and 4-Legendary Perfected Bastard Sword of the Weapon Master. You crunch them together with a Multi-phase Catalyst and you get the True Catalyst! Once you have the True Catalyst, crunch it together with 250 Abyssal gems and Legendary Thirteen bastard sword!

Blade of the Abyss (Bastard Sword)
Existential Crisis: This weapon bypasses all alignment and metal based damage reductions and has a chance to apply 1D3 negative levels
Third Litany of the Crimson Covenant
Revel in Blood (Slashing)
Legendary Vacuum
Sovereign Vorpal
Keen
Empty red augment slot
Empty purple augment slot
Empty orange augment slot
"LOL, magic isn't real"

Would this not be the most powerful melee weapon in the game?

Why or why not?

Keen is essentially useless. Replace it with Sovereign Vorpal.
Yes, keen is essentially useless, I agree, and that's why it means very little on the attribute list, meanwhile Sovereign vorpal is there already.

The point of Keen is that it causes Vorpal Strikes to also bypass all Fortification in addition to the base effect that does not stack with the improved critical feat.

Ideally, we would get a purple augment that combines Sovereign Vorpal and Keen's effect that bypasses all Fortification on Vorpal strikes.

However admittedly, I am unaware if this part of the Keen effect is even functioning or not.

Missed the Sovereign Vorpal.

Anyway, you have more than four powers on that sword. One-handed weapons can only have four or fewer.

True, but you also missed the title of the post lol

Basically, those two effects could be subsidized together into a new Purple augment.

Third Litany of the Crimson Covenant
Revel in Blood (Slashing)

Purple augment slot: Amethyst of Vorpal Strikes: If your target has fewer than 5000 hit points, it is instantly slain. If your target has above 5000 hit points (or is immune to instant death), it takes 500 damage. This weapon also now bypasses all fortification on vorpal strikes. Passive: +0.5[W]

The seven augment slots are kind of the point for Thirteen, though.

I think you should pick something else.

Legendary Thirteen as a crafting ingredient makes some level of sense though.

Like, a new upgrade option for it could come every time we get an expansion that explores a new realm.
