Rare quest drops that are not listed on the main quest page

This drops in https://ddowiki.com/page/Hunt_or_Be_Hunted but it isn't mentioned on that page.

I know this is a long shot, but is there any kind of master list of these kind of drops? I would like to get these items listed on their quest page, and would rather not have to find them by chance. Those of us who have been playing a while might happen to know all about these things, but putting yourself in the shoes of someone new to the game or with less experience, how would they even know these rare drops exist?

"Hey bro! Where did you find that horsee?"

I would have checked myself, but when I try and view page history I get a 403 forbidden error
