You're missing Knight's Training.

I'm assuming your weapons are Dino crafted, using Dust in the main hand and Vuln in the offhand.

Shadar-kai chains >> whatever WELF benefit you think is important.

LD T5 is kinda pointless unless you're pushing high skull raids where you're going to run out of action boosts. 99.9% of players are not in that category. I mean, Haste Boost -> Action Hero -> Haste Boost is cool but it's rare you can actually use that on any raid boss without it transitioning phases, teleporting, etc. And no R10 quest boss is going to last long enough to chain those three boosts together.

For STR-based melee, I'm using T5 Fury, T4 GMOF, T3 Shadowdancer these days using the GMOF mantle. But I tend to focus on front-end numbers, so I don't care about SA damage outside of the 6-7 dice I get from Shadowdancer.

Where's your trance?

Is there a cooldown on vacuum when applied via melee attack? Cos with spells there isn't, and I thought putting this in main hand would make it faster to apply vulnerability stacks; the others cap at either 3 or 1 so.

13 ROG / 6 RNG / 1 MONK

The purpose of this build is to do single target / raid boss dps, a lot through sneak attack, but also using longsword's increased crit range and max'ed melee power, through physical damage.

Longsword STR based using tier 3 (master of forms) sun stance

6 Rng levels provide ram's might, 2 feats
13 rog levels provide opportunist, sneak damage, assassin tree
1 monk for x1 multiplier on 19-20 and +3 strength (sun stance)
The main drawback I can see is you don't have any competence bonus to critical threat range, which means your longswords will cap out at 17-20/x3 - i.e., just what you get from Knight's Training + Improved Critical - with named blades like Fellblade being 15-20/x3. Whereas if you did, say, Dark Hunter 12 / rogue 7 / monk 1: a lot less sneak attacks but your swords are upgraded to 16-20/x4 (14-20/x4 Fellblade).

Also you went STR-based but if you have Horizon Walker, DEX-based may be better. You can get DEX to hit with longswords from Ninja Spy with DEX to damage from Improved Weapon Finesse. AP spread something like 42 Tempest / 24 DWS / 14 Horizon Walker / 1 NInja.

Alternatively if you really want to stick with rogue 13 / ranger 6 / monk 1, you could dust off one of the builds from when Vistani Knife Fighter first came out. 40 Tempest / 24 VKF / 14 Horizon Walker gives you 15-20/x3 crits with kukris, 100% offhand proc, DEX Battle Trance. 41 VKF / 40 Tempest for +20 MP +5% attack speed is also doable but gives up a Trance.
