Planner was made with reaper questing on my mind, so the XP values entered are for 8+ lives vets. Does this exclude players with less lives, or those who play difficulties other than reaper or elite?

No, as values can be changed in hidden Advancement and Table tabs, so feel free to enter values that suit your playstyle. I might also add the difficulty selector in the future planner versions.

Epic planning?

I did not consider making it, as the DDO community (myself included) is very friendly and helpful by opening epic LFMs for all 20+ players. More often than not I plan to do something and end up on someone else’s train. I might do it if community consensus says so.

Beta testing

After too much gazing into planner sheets, this druid can hardly see forest for the trees, so you my fellow adventurers are called upon to test it and discover all erroneous easter eggs. I reserved forum post spot to keep count.

Reincarnation Planner

Planner consists of four tabs, two visible and two invis’d ones. The visible ones are Dashboard and Planner.
In hidden Advancement and Table tabs you can change values to suit your playstyle if other than reaper/elite or less than 8 lives.
In Table tab containing table with values, you can also change cracked easter eggs you might run into while testing.

Level selection

Choose your Current level with dropdown menu in D3

Planner tab (general)

Columns A-G are your toys. Hidden columns H-U (bonuses) are no-no. Swim in the latter at your own risk. Rows colour formatting: odd levels are white, even levels are gray.

Planner tab (info columns)

- Level (column D) – Quest level
- Location (column E) – Helps to make choices based on whether we want to run from area to area or not
- Quest (column F) – Quest names
- Total XP (column G) – XP based on elite base xp for each quest (different xp bonuses can be added in a Dashboard tab)

Planner (PLANNED)

Check any cell in PLANNED (column A). Rows will change color into yellow. Cell G3 shows your total chosen xp. Cell F3 shows how much xp is needed to level. Check with checkmarks until you get “Plan completed” message.

Planner (SKIPPED)

This column is for your visual convenience. Grey out rows by checking cells in column B. You can still read quest names if you want to change your choices.

Planner (DONE)

Check these after quests in game are finished to get info about your real advancement. Upon checking rows will change color into green. Cell F2 shows how much xp is needed to level. Check with checkmarks until you get “Plan completed” message.

Slicers

Level slicer
filters column by level.
Location slicer filters column by location.
Plan slicer filters PLANNED column.
Skip slicer filters SKIPPED column.
Do slicer filters DONE column.

Saga slicer

Overlay slicer Saga selector (A1-C1) is a convenient tool if you want fast batch selection of certain sagas or all of them without annoying scrolling and reading. Cells in QUEST column (column F) containing saga quests are coloured red by default.

Click dropdown menu to choose any saga, some or all of them. Deselect BLANKS to turn your Planner tab into saga table only, without non-saga quests, or choose one or more. This way you can fast check cells in PLANNED, SKIPPED, DONE columns.

PRO TIP

Instead of checking cell by cell, drag select cells and hit space on your keyboard to batch check/uncheck selected cells. If you want to check all of them, click F to select whole column and hit space. After you revert slicer to All view, your saga quests will stay checked without non-saga quests being affected.
