Reinforced Fist Stacking, Greater & Superior?

Curious if the different versions of Reinforced Fists stack with each other -- similar to how Boon of Undeath stacks with Greater Boon; ie. does reinforced stack with greater stack with superior or are they mutually exclusive?

BTW, doubt it would end up worthwhile to stack regular, but facet with superior would be nice if it worked.

You could always just do the farming and then sell it on the open market...Oh, wait...Nevermind. It would be nice if they at least made some things still BtCoE instead of it all being BtA/BtC nowadays. At least then we could take the posting hit and sell something nice to someone else.
