Hiding in plain sight
With the significant buffs to martials and nerfs to caster epic capabilities, it's about time the reaper caster damage nerf is rolled back.
For those who are not aware, reaper 7 through 10 have additional damage nerfs to casters which were implemented as a countermeasure for top performing casters performing better than martials a while back.
Since the above caster nerfs were implemented the max caster levels and scaling of the top performing builds have caused key abilities of those builds to do about 1/4~1/3 the amount of damage. While there are a few other viable builds, they tend to be doing about 50-65% of the peak at best. While martials are up by a similar percentage and have had tons of support for AoE and crowd control added with new classes and ability reworks.
In short, these nerfs to casters are no longer bringing balance to end game reaper gameplay, but instead making a dynamic where dps casters are significantly behind.
