Returning and questions EDIT:figured it out

I am trying to transfer some of my characters because i quit right in the middle of transfers. I cannot access 4 of my mules because it says i dont have access to aasimar, alchemist, etc. I am a VIP. Why am i missing those things? did they change something?

Are you sure your VIP subscription is active? Cause you should have access to those if it is.

They didn't, but ever since the 64 bit forced march, people have had all sorts of problems with all sorts of stuff. You could send in a ticket, but don't count on hearing anything back for several weeks if at all.

no im not sure but that was my first thought and i went to check and it said it was active. maybe not tho
