Returning player lost product key

Product codes are no longer used as the games F2p now with a sub option (for access to more content). Right now you get 76 free lvl 1 to 10 dungeons and another 25 or so free lvl 11 to 20 one's.
IF you remember your old username and password from when you last played, just download and log in using those to get access to your old account.
If by chance the last time you played was on a Codemasters EU server, than you're totally out of luck as those don't exist anymore, nor does the account data.

If you played on the US servers and you still know your login/password, then you should be fine -- though there can be fringe cases.
If that was so but you can't remember your password, then contact customer service and explain your situation to them.
It's true that if you were on Euro-DDO then you're out of luck, but that shut down 13 years ago, not 10.
It's very rare for a product key to be necessary nowadays, but it can happen -- if you're in a peculiar case, then you'd need to login to your SSG account page and see what's there : https://myaccount.standingstonegames.com/index.php
Be aware though that a recent update to the DDO Store has made some old codes and keys non-functional, so that if you hit a brick wall, only customer service may be able to sort things out for you.

You don't need any code to active the game.
Edit: with the one exception if you have LOTRO account already and want your DDO account on the same account info. In which case you can use this method here: https://forums.ddo.com/index.php?threads/free-to-play.3772/#post-39427

Just download and install the game, and log in on your account. Everything should be as you left it 10 years ago. You do not need the code anymore when you have used it on your account.
