Have anyone done this before? 10/6/4 Rogue/Wiz/Fighter.
Crossbow and light armor, intelligence base build starting min 16 Int, 16 Dex. All increase will be on Int.

Enhancement:
Inquisitive - for conjured bolt, reset to zero when acquire Wiz Flaming Arrow
Harper Agent - for Int hit/damage - reset to Int hit only when Mechanic get Int to damage
Mechanic - main enhancement, stop at Fletching
Eldrithc Knight - Spellsword for minor elemental dice & ghost touch, stop at Imbue to Blade for -15% Arcane Spell Failure (can be replaced with Elven Arcane Fluidity)
Pale Master - for Death Aura
Kensei - Focus on Crossbow

Feats to consider:
Shot on the run
Mobile Spellcasting.
Weapon specialization - range
Combat Archery (I believe only need Dex 17 - so tome+1 or increase Dex instead of Int at Lvl 20)

Race to consider:
All Elven race for Arcane Fluidity
H-Elf - Half-Elf Arti Dilettante for early access to all Crossbow instead on waiting for Rogue Mechanic
Drow - +2 Int/Dex will improve stat distribution and help on skill point.

Thought on leveling:
1 Rogue
2-4 Wiz (for early access to EK Spellsword)
5 Rogue (make up for skill point)
6 Fighter (feat)
7-9 Wiz (access to Death Lv 3/4 spell)
10-15 Rogue/Fighter alternate (skill point/feat)
16-20 Rogue

Does that trigger anyone's fancy?

You can level 1-32 in R1 difficulty with any build that leans on Inquisitive T5/capstone. Personally I think you're trying to do too much across too many trees. You're also missing competence crit threat and multiplier not going Inquis core 4, which is a huge damage increase compared to other options you have.

This sounds like an attempt to implement the very popular 2e PnP Elf Fighter/M.U./Thief. I don't see it translating to DDO very well.

Yes, that was my thought, maybe I should stick with 6/7/7 fighter/wiz/rouge just for fun.

Inquisitive? No, this is an attempt to spin off from pure rogue Mechanic great crossbow. Start with repeater and move to great crossbow.
