How can I find stats on the (Anniversary) Rose Colored Glasses? They’re supposed to be only cosmetic but when I put them on a (non-PDK) character there is a drastic reduction in HP.

Someone told me there are benefits to having a PDK wear them but I can’t find details.

PDK Racial tree Tier 4:

For Cormyr!: Once per rest, you can heal to full. If you are below 50% health when this ability is used, you and all nearby allies gain a Morale bonus to weapon damage equal to your Charisma modifier for one minute.

The Rose Colored Glasses helps you to get to under 50% of your HP at your will so you dont need to get hit by mobs. You put on the glasses, u cast For Cormyr with the extra dps buff on the group and you heal back to full at the same time.

As for their benefit to Purple Dragon Knights: There are two abilities in the Puprle Dragon Knight enhancement tree that can be activated when the character's health is below 50%; Final Stand and For Cormyr in Tier Four. Players playing PDK's will put on the Goggles to get the effect of 20 negative levels (thus reducing their current health to below 50% of their maximum), activate the effect(s), then remove the Goggles.

They’re not a cosmetic. They reduce your character level to 10, like thar cap was in 2006, IE the Echoes of 2006 enchantment they have in their description. (This is why their min level is 30.)

not quite. put on goggles take off goggles this drops you to less then half HP cast for cormyr then watch your DPS shred boss

Rose Colored Glasses are the only thing that makes For Cormyr! usable. Otherwise it's just a wallpaper enhancement.

If you do make a cosmetic from Rose Colored Goggles using a mirror, they have a neat feature where they change colors witth some armors. Red shades with one of the Silent Avenger armors, Green Shades with Barovian Nobleman's Regalia, Bifocals with Orders Garb, Grey Shades with Jetscale Armor, Black shades with Turncoat.
