I have lost track of the amount of things I would have happily given money for but won't due to SSG's customer service and security issues.

I've been tempted to buy points again, but I really can't bring myself to do it after my account was compromised and SSG tried to shift the blame on me despite the account info not being in any sort of external breach with similar or the same login credentials.
