Maybe I'm the only one, but if the store interface doesn't remove inapplicable items (such as single use items I already have) when I uncheck "Show unsuitable items", it makes me hesitate to buy anything from the store that I'm not absolutely certain I don't have. When I have to open other windows that close the store (or won't open with the store window up) to check if I already have an item, I'm unlikely to open the store again to make a purchase.

This, of all things, you'd think SSG would want to get right. You're just leaving money on the table.

The nice fellow from Tech Support deducted the DDO points from my account and the alchemist class should be available to me even after I'm no longer VIP.
