Tell me that I am seeing this wrong....! Hair dyes and cosmetics again???!!! Like hair dyes and cosmetics, weren't these just on sale? Like.... now...? And funny that the sale went on sale from 20% to 15% to discount. So this is now a pay more for less sale.

Yes but those were 20% off, these are 15% off... if you didnt buy it then you can buy them for a bit more now!

Just FYI we used to have a 50% off item weekly. Then it was 35%, then 30%, then 25%, then 20% last week... now 15%. And you guys wonder why people hoard their points till Summer Sales or Black Friday? Its this^! Your sales aren't worth the effort to check the forums anymore.

There is a reason why I call SSG marketing person incompetent.
They don't even need to invent something new to get people to spend money.
Plenty of great examples in other games.
Examples that would be met with approval from DDO community and would increase sales manyfold.
But no, we have THIS... I get that someone considers their choices good, but FFS some introspection and awareness that no, you are indeed not as clever as you think you are would do good for DDO's profitability

Can we still not preview what store cosmetics would look like on our characters before we buy? IIRC that used to be a thing.... I'm a huge cosmetic fan and would happily spend points, but I'm not stupid enough to spend real money on something I cannot see beforehand that's also non-refundable....

There is no person it's all RNG.
