What are Light Spell Points? Does this mean Minor/Lesser Mnemonic Enhancement? Or perhaps it's supposed to be Light Spell Power (Can't imagine many people benefitting from that, but some would I guess)

Light Spell Point Potions are the DDO Store naming of "Concentrated Elixir of Lesser Mnemonic Enhancement", the ones that heal 50+2d10 (52-70) Spell Points. The naming is indeed inconsistent with other potions, to include standard Mnemonic Enhancement potions. It may have been named by someone who thought it was a good mirror to a "Cure Light Wounds" Potion. It was also pre-spellpower era, so that abbreviation of "SP" was not contextual, as it was much easier to just know as Spell Points.

"Redeemed 10 Concentrated Elixirs of Lesser Mnemonic Enhancement" is what it gives. So a decent code to use.
