You dont need to buy reincarnation tomes. Get them in game.
Token of the Twelve for Heroic, Heart Seeds for Epic.
Heart Seeds are about the easiest things to farm. 2 per quest reward in Epic and Lrgendary quests.

I am not buying reincarnation items, and there is no such thing as a reincarnation tome, anyways. I am buying tomes that add a permanent experience boost to a toon. As far as I know, those do not drop in the game.

Supposedly every item (something that can take up space in your backpack) in the store can drop in a chest although I've never seen an experience tome drop.

Did you use it while logged onto a character? If you used it from the character select screen then the code goes POOF.
If you were logged on to a character. Then that code is linked to that character. Log back onto the same one. IF you don't see the checkbox, open the store > upper left > drop down menu > account > active coupons > you should see the used but not redeemed code there, click and re-activate it.
Could you please explain this? Never heard of that before??
Also I entered that discount and it shows in my purchase history but I dont get any checkboxes to tick anywhere in the shop and the item I got was at full price? Report is already filed but I do not have hopes of this going through before the sale ends.

Do you have any thoughts on why this is happening? I used my 30% coupon pretty easily, but after activating a 20% coupon, I could not redeem it; no check boxes to apply the discount on any items. I read that if I log out, I will lose the coupon, so is there a workaround?

The coupon only goes POOF if you use it on your character select screen. If you used it while logged onto a character, it should persist thru logouts. The store in general is just slow (delays before the checkbox can show up) like everything else in the new store has been since they changed it.
I still see both coupon types on my account even after logging out.
But you can go to your account info (in the store) > active coupons page and try clicking stuff: (Any coupon you've entered but haven't actually used on an item should be listed there)
Different people have said things work or don't work over the past few times they've done these codes; a lot of it I think is just the store being slow/buggy to display the checkboxes.

If you're not level 20+ (epic levels) then you won't see it in the store. If you've got an alt that's 20+ you can buy it on them as it should be BtA (from what I recall).

They need to take sun flasks out of the store.
They went down this rout with pay to win and it leaves me feeling there's no reason to continue playing the game.
Sun flasks should be earned, not bought by the whales.
I wanted that as well; is it a bug that you can't buy Epic learning tomb without level 20 toon?

Apparently it is not a bug, but it is very impractical. I get that the idea might be that players don't accidentally buy the epic tome instead of the heroic one on level 1, but it is still very annoying.
