It seems that 30% coupon expired too early. I am still able to redeem the 20% coupon, but I get "Coupon expired" when trying to redeem 30% coupon.

Store says this offer is still valid for another 12 hours but says the 2024SAVE30 coupon has expired. The other two work. Oh well I guess I won't spend anything.

Yeah, I'm also annoyed by this early expiration.

I put in a help ticket, hoping they will purchase it/deduct points for me. Fingers crossed.

So how long these coupons do last actually? Is the timer for 30% shorter? I've worked my ass to farm favor for 30% discount and just when I got it... my 30% coupon expired (I'm pretty sure I redeemed it yesterday). The 20% coupon is still on (says as above "valid until August 2").

Edit: yes, the same problem as mentioned above, sorry, I'm a little unnerved....

Sadly this isn't the first time the 30% expired early as it happen with a prior coupon...

I'm having an issue with the SAVE30 store coupon saying that it is expired yet it should not be expired since it is stated that the coupon is good through Dec 7th. The SAVE20 code still works yet the 30% coupon states that it is expired. Did the 2nd of August ended already? Because my other redeemed coupon, 20% one (the one that had the note "valid until August 2"), has expired too!?
