Make sure you're on a character that can change alignment in the first place. I don't think you see the tomes if you're paladin for instance.

So wait. You can't buy and store for your next true incarnation? I want to reincarnate my character into razorclaw sacred fist. To do this I need to (1) reincarnate, (2) use +1 heart of wood to remove Barbarian, (3) apply a tome of lawful good, then (4) use my +20 heart of wood. It is expensive, so I thought I might as well get the tome of lawful good while it is on sale.

Yeah, character slots are account-wide. Each one you add gets added to every world.

character slots are account-wide. You have the same number available on each server. Some people get confused if they have alt accounts which do not share account-wide things.

Its sad they even still have BTC items.
There truly isnt any need for anything Bound to someone character. You earn it, you should be able to use it with who ever. Especially with a game this old. Most items are not even worth transferring over to another character.

It would help reduce bank space because people wouldnt have to have all these minor artifacts on different characters sitting in reincarnation cache..

Sure it would make some people upset because of the money they spent in the past buying wishes.. but think of how many people would be happy moving forward.
They dont seem to care about overall happiness of the community. And I seriously doubt wishes are some big money maker.
They need a better marketing person. I dunno who makes the decisions but its about time for them to step aside.
