I had hoped that the Select Augments that were supposed to be on sale for the past week, but were never activated, would have been activated for this week as a make-up.
Right?! It was reported in the previous sales thread by several people. Do the devs never read the forums? Their own official threads at least? Did no one send them a private message? Do they read those anymore? One would think at least Cordovan, the one that is ostensibly supposed to interact with us at least a tiny bit would have glanced at the feedback that "Hey, the augments were never put on sale!" and fixed it... but no.

Which dev is even in charge of sales now? Maybe if we could contact that person about these issues?

What were the augments that you guys wanted on sale?
I am sort of getting caught up to speed on the augment game.

Yeah it looks like that issue has been completely ignored.

What gives SSG? Are you going to fix this or not? An acknowledgement of the issue would even be nice.

And what about all the new players on Cormyr?

A fair point. However, I doubt there are many (any?) new players on Cormyr. Most likely its old players with new characters.

Even so, you are correct the sale might be relevant on Cormyr. But making a sale during an anniversary that is relevant on just one server seems lackluster.

One of the first people I ran with consistently was new back to DDO from a very long break (precanith update) and he had no Expansions until Black Friday sales.
