Is it intended that the Universal AP Tome +1(Sharn) is on sale but the Universal AP Tome +1 (Morgrave) isn't? They're almost literally the same item and cost the same price. It's kinda weird considering it's being advertised as "Action Point Tomes" being on sale.

Even when you are willing to spend some money, the game does not let you do it -> that's discouraging me to even try to come back...
