I have a question about the Draconic Reward Box
I'm a new player and tried to take my time finding something that fit my toon
After looking at everything available I took the "The Anarchist’s Crossbow"

To my dismay I found the level restriction was set at 32
Now as the damage was so high I did expect an upper level requirement, but not at cap 32
As I have been playing for only a few months I don't have a toon at that level
And when I was looking at the items in the box this item didn't have a level listed
If it did I would have known what I was getting

Now I'm not just griping, but was wondering if there is any way I can give back the item and get a reset?

I was frustrated with the lack of level requirement info as well. I thought the big items looked nice as well, but didn't want something that would sit in my sto for a long time.

I always goto the DDO wiki to check this kind of stuff https://ddowiki.com/page/Home
I always do things on the character that want or expects the item and never on an alt, as sometimes the binding status is to character. It takes you a couple of minutes to avoid a permanent effecting error.

I think that you have almost no chance of getting this corrected ever. you should raise a support ticket for it.

Have a feeling that this will fall on deaf ears 😒

There is nothing broke, so nothing to fix.

While I can understand that now you do regret your choice, trust me: you won't be disappointed with that choice. That's an outstanding crossbow and you probably won't get anything even close that powerful anytime soon. And keep in mind that vast majority of lower level named items become useless pretty fast and get replaced even by random-gen loot (considering you are a new player without banked gear).
And now you have an incentive to level up fast! :)

Lvl up fast...lol

I have only been playing from April 2024 and this toon is lvl 17
Working on a second toon on a 2nd server that is lvl 8 paladin so I have been leveling up fast/playing too much o_O

However as previously stated I did open a ticket, and was pleasantly surprised to hear back that they will be able to exchange the item for me
So now I have to look at the list again
Its a shame as this toon is a Ranger and I use the crossbow almost exclusively but the time to get to lvl 32 before I can use it, is to great a gap

Levelling speed is all about of learning the game. Now it's a slow progression for you (I remember my beginning in DDO in 2010, had the same issue), but eventually you'll master it (if you wish to do that, of course) and you'll see that you can get to cap in 1 week, without XP pots. There are people who do it even faster. Be patient, enjoy the game as you like and may the loot gods be with you :)

Heroic is a little bit slow, if you are not familar at it. Epic level is way more faster, so cheer up , everything will be good :D
