quest won't end. talk to regina, she gives chest but it does not ever give the finish option. ran it twice on R1 with the same result at the end.

Wiki points this out, may or maynot be your issue. Ive never had the issue so cant say for sure.
The first fight starts the moment you turn the first corner – be prepared. The fight can be started by a pet left on attack while the dungeon is still loading. This may break the quest and cause it to be impossible to finish
