Scion of the shadowfell negative heal amp loss

The 20 negative heal amp granted by the scion of the shadowfell is lost upon death. You have to relog to fix it.

Hey Tonquin. Welcome back . I figure instead of making a new thread for this, I'll just tag you in an existing one. This bug still persists, if you have time could you look at this one (it's a bit annoying needing to relog to fix this after each death)?

The spellpower, spell crit (negative), and spell crit (universal) all persist through death. It's only the 20 negative amp that is lost. There was an interaction where the vampirism effect would turn off until a form change or relog, but I'm unsure if that's a bug with Scion of the Shadowfell or with major forms.
