Secondary weapon disappearing.

Whenever I zone, my second weapon slot looks empty. The weapon is listed, and is in-hand on the toon, but you cannot remove it as the actual slot is blank. If you put something else in it, the new weapon/rune arm/shield/orb appears, and your weapon is in the inventory... but the new one bugs out when you zone again. 12 RAN / 8 ART Helf

Leg Templar's Retribution (Sentient) and Leg Chimera's Fang.

My Orb does the same thing. Epic Immaculate Globe, physically shows (cosmetically) on my toon but doesn't show in my inventory. Swapping things into and out of the inventory can force it to show, sometimes. Thinking there is an issue with how the paired weapon swaps are functioning.
