I wondered how long it would take to get one of these threads after the sale announcement.

ANYTHING you buy, will eventually be on sale. So there is no point in getting mad about it.

If SSG PROMISED the thing would be exclusive, then maybe you have a beef. But I don't think that was the case here. I have to laugh a bit at the idea that BUYING an exclusive thing is something to be proud of. Earning something, especially something that is hard, in game that is exclusive, now that is something I can get behind. If they tried to sell those same items that you have to earn, I would get angry. But if something is bought, the only real skill being displayed is having wasted more money than others.

So what do you get for your money? You get to have the thing earlier than anyone else. That is what you are paying the premium for.

You can either not buy the thing and wait for the sale at some future date or pay the price up front and get the thing immediately. Those people who are completely unable to delay gratification are exactly the ones who keep this game running. So bless you. Thank you for your patronage.

But it is silly to get mad when something goes on sale. Sales are simply a big part of any retail. To expect SSG to tie it's hands behind it's back financially by never putting things on sale, especially the good things, is just silly.

there no reason we cant have 2 to 3 times what we have now. they just dont want to look at crafting bank you can get 1000's of slots so dont tell me it has a limit. if they fixed this i bet many of us would get rid of most of our bank toons too. i hate to tr any more dealing with so much bound loot. every time is the pick a few things to trash game where you tr lol

*** that the whole point of this post they where to be exclusive when devs talked about them. with a small chance of rerelease. but i feel they see they messed up with this being only option for extra bank space. than they backed away from it being a exclusive product. one time exclusive things is what drive loads of money into games. look at fortnite they do it alot and ppl rush to buy them before they are never to be seen again. ssg really amber'ed the bed here. You don't discount exclusive

Yeah but wouldnt it be nice if they put a little asterisk beside all the names of players on the hardcore reaper leaderboards that didnt buy xp pots from the store. I would love to see all the non asterisk players!!!

Bank space... Every time I think about SSG and their irresponsible banking issues it just leaves a bad taste for me.

They keep creating content adding more and more items into the game. Yet they do nothing to give us the space we need for all these items.

I am sick of having an account with 30 characters, with 27 of them being mules Heroicsx OnetoFive, Heroicsxx SixtoTen, Heroicsxxx EleventoFifteen ... Epicsx TwentyonetoFour, Epicsxx TwetnyfivetoEight.... EpicSetsx Vecnagear, Epicsetsxx IODgear.....

Some expansions take up much more space then others.

I keep saying a good solution would be to get rid of the TR Cache.
Get rid of Bound to character items. There is no need to have the same item like artifacts or raid gear stuck exclusively to just one character.
ALL items should be Bound to Account.
Have an incredibly huge Shared bank by default that can hold a couple thousand items. That way players could have sets of gear in there. A tab filled with gear for leveling up casters, or melee etc.. A tab for named set item loot ..

One of the reasons I no longer give money to this company is because their lack of respect for even addressing the bank space issues. Its like they dont even acknowledge it, and yet all I see are people logging in and out, in and out in and out.

Who wants to spend half their day doing bank management between toons? Or getting hung up on the load screen trying to log in, or the game not letting you log out. Doesnt this constant logging in and out from so many players put a drain on system resources trying to verify data? I dunno, but regardless the game would be more appeasing if they made some drastic changes to the banking system.

Get over yourself! You bought something that may/may-not be available later. It is then available later at a discount. You wanted in and you paid a premium for it...SUCK IT UP or (PLEASE) move on.

You need to come up with a more effecient system. TRing is a pain but "...half a day..."? More like an hour max unless you have all possible storage then much easier with storing stuff in shared bank. This is coming from a horder with dozens of crafted items along with other random gear i "must have" that i have not used in well over 10 years still in my TR cache. More inventory space would be great but clearly it causes some issue with the system so they mete it out slowly over time and for significant financial gain.

You have to remember a lot of posts like that come from people who brag about having 40+ alts and all the bank/shared bank/inventory space that is available yet still complain about 'not enough storage' I honestly doubt there are that many named items in the game to fill a maxed bank/shared bank and inventory slots on 40+ alts.

My rule of thumb is simple...if it's a good named item I keep it until I get one with a mythic bonus...then it is food. There is NO item in this game that is sooooo OP that you can't outperform someone else with the same build with said item if you have better game-play.

It's funny because the Albino Raptor and 20 shared bank slots are still locked to anyone but whales of 2022.

It was available for a short time when the store redesign appeared as Rabidfox pointed out, but was taken down immediately.

No, I made a choice to keep the items that I earned from farming items that I will use at some point down the road. I dont want to destroy items that I may not use for a couple months , come later that I have to farm for the same item until it drops.. if it drops.

Not to mention many of my items have reaper and mythic bonuses on it.. so why would I destroy anything to make room.

Its not my fault I use common sense to collect items I use and will need at some point , then someone who rather spend their life farming for a piece of gear.
Its not addiction its called being smart and saving time.

Not to mention when they suddenly revamp old item to make them useful again.... like DoJ... I got burned on that once, never throwing out BTC items again.
