This occurs when you move an item directly from character bank storage to shared bank storage.

This was happening before the bank change. It's not new.

Hmm, will have to take your word for it, because that's not how I remember it.
Though, the specific thing that annoys me most is the no-ML after pulling from TR cache. Maybe I'm confusing the two.

Unlikely. :( The bank revamp was declared finished so it seems they are OK with this issue. What has it been almost a year with this bug?
It also occurs when dragging between tabs or starting to drag and then dropping it back in the bank because you grabbed the wrong item.
I don't remember ever seeing it before the bank revamp. But without sorting by ML in the bank (as was the case pre-change) it was far less obvious. And the addition of tabs certainly makes easier to occur.

The direct cause may be different. Or maybe the same. I remember having items that sat in the shared bank for probably years that would lose ML. It may have been because of major updates and/or because of loot revamps.

I've found that sometimes, even if the item does not show a ML, it will drop out of the list if you change the lv range.

Or moving (by whatever method) an exclusive item into inventory when you already have said exclusive item in inventory.
Regardless of the minutia, the basics of the "feature" are known.

I am now in the habit of including level 1 in some searches.I've found that sometimes, even if the item does not show a ML, it will drop out of the list if you change the lv range.
Other times it does not. :(
For example, if I am looking for level 20 epic items, I use "epic" as the search term and level 1-20 rather than 20-20.
You can also just look at 1-1 to see what is in the bank with either no minimum level or level 1.

But hey, we can spend several thousand DDO points for 20 more bank slots now! What's not to like?!?!!??

But.... but... you can give them lots of cash to get more of the annoying, buggy and slow bank? How is that not the bestest?!?
