Shared bank behaving strangely

Update: things were normal in Lordsmarch bank. So it appears to be a ship thing.

I just got this bug. It happened during lag spike on Shadowdale. I was moving items from character to shared bank, lag started and one item I moved disappeared from character bank, but did not appear on shared bank.

It looks like there is some "cache" space that got filled by the transfer that did not clear. Item got stuck in there and it does not move anymore. I get the message "You do not have enough space in your backpack to withdraw that", even after logout and game restart.

This is a serious problem. Because this can cause item loss.

I wrote a ticket for this and a few months later got an email from admin with the lost item, and I no longer get the error when trying to move item from character to shared bank.

I guess they can see what item gets stuck and return it to you, just try to describe the issue as best as you can so they can figure out where the item got stuck. And then be patient. One day you might get your item back.

I've had the "backpack is full" issue pop up before. Happened while lag was occuring, but it stayed with the character long afterward. A reincarnation fixed it.
