Sharn Ultimate 1x Per Account Items

About 2 weeks ago I purchased Masterminds of Sharn's Ultimate pack. When I logged into my primary chracter (the first chracter I logged in as) afterwards, I didn't have the Augment Bag or the Explorer Supplies.

I did submit a ticket, and I've been given the Augment bag (still trying to get those Ultimate Sharn Supplies tho, my guild could use the Shards). But this thread isn't about the ticket or the support response, actually I'm curious about something.


My friend bought Sharn just the other day, and the same thing happened (his first character he logged in on didn't get the Ultimate Supplies either), and I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else recently. And if so, what server? (Both my friend and I are on Cormyr).


I'm basically wondering if there's some kind of underlying flaw in the script that's supposed to inject those items. And if there is, if it's limited to just Cormyr or if it encompasses all the 64 Bit servers? It seems odd to me that it would happen to both of us, several weeks apart, if there wasn't some kind of underlying problem.

No, it pre-dates the HoH NPCs; it's just supposed to get deliveried to the 1st character you log onto after buying.

Just commenting to state that I'm also on Cormyr and I also didn't receive the Dimensional Augment Bag or the Ultimate Sharn Supplies when I purchased the Ultimate edition of Sharn expac.

All my characters received the other items that get auto-added to inventory, since this expac doesn't utilize NPCs to redeem the special gifts.

However, the Augment Bag and Sharn Supplies are still missing. I only play one one server but I did log in to ALL of them just to check if I had a character hiding away with the items. Nope. I went through every character on Cormyr and checked their banks, inventory, bags of holding, and mail. Nothing.

I have a ticket in with support. My purchase was mid-September.

My support ticket has now been open 21 days without a response. It’s been almost 2 months since my original purchase on Sep 12.

I still don’t have the astral shards, bag, and other once per account bonuses for Ultimate Sharn.

My ticket number is 449214, just in case anyone from support sees this post.

Never did get my shards, and my 2nd ticket was closed without comment. Like I said, not a hill worth dying on, I just want this properly investigated.

Thankfully a GM was able to mail my character the items. It just took some time. I hope they fix this because I'm sure it's frustrating for players and support, both.

I have the same problem and can't raise a ticket as the page doesn't appear to be working. Does it have problems with Edge, or is it just broken?

I just purchased the ultimate sharn bundle, No Augment Bag or the ultimate sharn Supplies.

    - 140 Astral Shards
    - Three Major Guild Renown Elixirs
    - Twenty Greater Treasuer Hunter Potions
    - Five Mirrors of Glamering
these are what I am missing from the purchase.
(removed that last part as I realized I was looking at a class locked character apologies)
