Shield block not giving any boni?

Used to be that my PRR/MRR, effective hit points and so on would change when I went into active shield block. This is no longer the case.
Are shield boni even applied anymore?

In general, blocking with shields does not affect your PRR or MRR. It increases your AC and DR. You can read more about it on the wiki: https://ddowiki.com/page/Active_blocking

Shields with the Mirror Shield effect grant MRR when blocking. Maybe you were using one of those before?
