Shintao(Monk) Enhancement Icon for Fast Hands: Ranged Says DO NOT USE​

Is this a mix up? Or are the Devs telling us not to use that particular enhancement thru Iconography that it ain't working? Or just a icon mixup?

Also melee version says it removes blind/curse/disease and applies Lesser Restoration but it doesn't do any of that.
