[Phoenicis]

I have a Shuriken monk I intend to leave at cap while I reincarnate my current at cap character.

Currently, he's sitting at 82% threat reduction and I'm having a hard time finding anything to stack with that to hit 100%

If someone could break down the sources of ranged threat reduction I can go thru and maybe find what I'm missing.

don't need the aug, you can use the ring of unnatural accuracy for -22, you should be able to fit -95% from destinies. If you can't fit it via ED, the ninja spy threat works as well, and epic quiver of alacrity gives another 15% if you have extra lying around.

I somehow completely missed Subtlety.

Ranged threat is now -112%

Now to work on moar dex... (I have some work to do on my sentient, and I have some augs to get my hands on yet)
