As far as I can tell, nothing special drops from the Cerulean Hills chests. See Rabidfox's reply below.

Is this resolved for you now? Are you anon or a logged in user? Depending on your IP/location, you may be blocked due to attacks on the wiki from your IP range. Logging in sometimes can fix that.

With u81, there's another follow up location after myth drannor in the new quest Stealing from Sorcere for another optional chest. SSG is playing the long game for that chest. (Chest with named items from escorting them out is given by the quest exit)

I don't recall left or right, but one of the chests looks like MD chests and one doesn't.
